Building Permit Application
We order the required information from the council and the water authorities, which may include:

- property information certificates
- easement Information
- flood level advice certificates, etc.
Consultant Services
We provide the required consultant services including:
- geotechnical engineering
- structural engineering
- civil engineering
- energy rating
Working Drawing Plan
We begin the working drawings for your project, which explain how the development is to be put together. Working closely with consultants, we ensure compliance with the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards
Submission and Building Permit Issued
We submit the final drawings to the Relevant Building Surveyor (RBS) for assessment. Where necessary we work with the RBS to iron out any minor issues.
A building permit is issued, construction may commence.
