We formally submit the plans to the council for assessment and manage the correspondence on your behalf. We can also deal with the town planners directly, if you wish.
Planning permits application:
We prepare the planning permit application and present it to Council for approval.
Dealing with Council:
We deal directly with the council providing all prepared documents, in line with our consultants’ recommendations. These specialists we consult include arborists, land surveyors, traffic engineers, landscape architects, etc.
Town Planning Permit:
We work closely with the council, until they issue the planning permit and stamp it.
